Product Manager

Overview

In this role you will drive the risk and compliance product area for a London-based law firm. You will partner with stakeholders to capture needs, own the product roadmap, and ensure upgrades deliver business value. You’ll translate requirements into concrete outcomes, assess impact on users, and support governance and readiness activities. The role focuses on continuous delivery and improvement within enterprise applications like Intapp, helping the firm manage risk and compliance effectively.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities for improvement
• Own the risk and compliance product area with a focus on Intapp
• Contribute to the product roadmap reflecting risk and operational priorities
• Translate requirements into clear product outcomes and support upgrades
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system use
• Assess the impact of changes on users and processes
• Contribute to business readiness activities
• Communicate product priorities, planned changes and risks
• Support product governance through documentation and decision tracking
• Embed good product management practices

Key requirements

• Strong experience with stakeholders, gathering requirements and pain points
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid product management background with enterprise applications and operational platforms
• Experience supporting business change and product enhancements
