£25,000 – £27,500Role Overview:Working in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible but not limited to overseeing the Sales Ledger and credit control function.Key Responsibilities:Raising sales ledger invoices and upload to customer portalsIssue customer/client statementsRaising employee recharge invoicesReconciling customer/client accounts, liaising with them direct as necessaryChasing overdue invoicesSetting up new customers and maintaining existing account details within the CRM and Accounting softwareOther responsibilities as necessary:Bank reconciliationsProcess staff business expensesProcess business credit card transactionsCredit card reconciliationsMatch/process purchase invoices, reconciling to purchase orders on the business CRM systemSending monthly CIS statements to subcontractorsOther ad hoc dutiesRequired Experience & Qualifications:· An aptitude for IT – knowledge of software packages like Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PDF etc) and CRM Systems.· Experience of Sage Line 50, Xero· Experience of working within the Construction Industry and of the CIS scheme· Previous experience in a similar role is essential· Sage 50 Software· Xero Software· CRM SystemsCompany Package:Holidays 25 days + bank holidays + long service leaveCompany pension scheme – invest in your futureOpportunities to progress your careerTraining and development to enhance your skillsCollaborative team atmosphereCompany discretionary bonus schemePrivate health insurance, including 24/7 online GP serviceCompany Social EventsJoin our Team and discover exciting career opportunities!
