I’m partnering with a well-established international consumer business to recruit a Head of FP&A.
This is a visible, influential role, working closely with senior leaders across international markets to shape financial planning, challenge assumptions and guide commercial decisions.
You’ll take ownership of:
- Annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term strategic planning.
- Performance reporting and analysis, explaining the drivers behind revenue, margin, costs and profitability.
- Financial modelling, investment appraisal and scenario planning to support growth.
- Business partnering with Commercial, Operations and Finance, providing insight and constructive challenge.
- Improving forecasting, reporting and financial tools while developing the FP&A function as the business expands internationally.
About you
You’ll be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering within a sizeable organisation.
Experience in an international consumer-facing business, such as FMCG, retail, hospitality, leisure, travel or e-commerce—would be particularly relevant.
You’ll combine strong analytical skills with commercial judgement, confidence with senior stakeholders and the ability to turn complex numbers into clear recommendations.
