Project Manager – JDE

• Proven experience delivering complex technology or platform replacement programmes.
• Experience running structured RFP and vendor selection processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage systems integrators / delivery partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering platforms through to BAU handover. Desirable
• Experience with publishing, content management, digital asset management, or editorial platforms.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration, data migration, and workflow-based platforms.
• Experience delivering ERP or JDE-related change, including legacy capability retirement, business process redesign, integration impacts, controlled cutover, and operational transition.
• Experience working within portfolio-managed or governance-led technology organisations.

• Selection of a fit-for-purpose publishing platform aligned to strategic goals.
• Controlled delivery to time, cost, and quality.
• Seamless transition from project delivery to stable BAU operations.
• Measurable improvements in publishing efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Successful removal of the catalogue text editor from JDE, with an approved replacement process or solution, no material disruption to catalogue production, maintained data quality and controls, and clear BAU ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, etc. or related field
• Seven plus years’ or more of experience in the field of Agile Project/Project management
• You’ll bring experience of designing, owning and evaluating digital transformations and delivering large scale change that add value
• Proven experience of providing strategic and technical leadership to large complex organisations
• Knowledge of the contemporary digital landscape of organisations and experience of bringing leading technology and process optimisation practices to an organisation to drive sustainable improvements in business performance
• Experience of working at Senior Manager level in a large complex organisation leading on digital and information services
• You’ll have a recognized Project management qualification, experience of robustly managing large budgets and have built processes and people teams to deliver digital change and transformation for the future
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and team building skills
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com is desirable
• Team player and working in a distributed, multi vendor team setup is a must
