Strategic Head of Talent & Workforce Planning – Education

Ormiston Academies Trust is seeking a Head of Talent and Workforce Planning to lead recruitment, talent development and succession planning across the Trust. You will build data-informed strategy, anticipate demand, lead external recruitment for hard‑to‑hire roles and shape talent decisions at scale.

You will champion data, technology and AI-powered tools, manage a small team, and work with senior stakeholders across schools and central teams to improve outcomes for children.
