Hands-On Data Science Lead — Hybrid, Azure & Databricks

ShareForce is seeking a hands-on Data Science Lead to own four predictive models and build a mature internal data science capability in a hybrid setup at the Basingstoke office.

You will combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to shape data science, AI and external data strategies in a Microsoft Azure and Databricks environment, advising senior stakeholders and driving measurable business value.
