Analytics Lead: Payment Risk & Controls

Xcede is seeking a Lead Analyst to own analytics for measuring and controlling payment risk in a global fintech environment. You will own the KRI framework and data for reconciling balances, spotting trends, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with auditors and risk partners to demonstrate control effectiveness through data-driven narratives to senior stakeholders. Strong SQL and data modeling are essential; fintech experience is a plus.
