Senior IT Systems & Training Lead – Law Firm

Parfitt Cresswell is seeking an IT Manager to own software support, user training and continuous improvement of the systems used by our lawyers and staff. Based at Windsor or Sutton, this full-time role reports to the IT Director.

You will focus on the case management system, the portal, Microsoft 365, and related processes, while coordinating with TecWork for infrastructure. You don’t need to be a programmer, but you will convert user needs into clear requirements and drive delivery.
