Senior UX Designer – Lead Research & Design Systems (London)

Consortia in London seeks a Senior User Experience Designer to lead innovation, champion user-centered design, and grow a scalable UX practice across global products.

You will conduct deep user research, establish and evolve a design system, and collaborate with product, engineering and content teams to turn insights into compelling experiences.
