- Previous Deputy General Manager or senior hotel management experience
- Strong background in luxury hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage and Front of House operations
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, Pandamp;L and operational costs
- Proven people leader with a passion for developing teams
- Strong understanding of Health and Safety and compliance
- Hands-on, proactive and guest-focused approach
