Senior Civil Engineer – Power Substation Delivery

Laing O’Rourke is delivering a major power project at Letchmore Heath Substation in Watford. We seek a Senior Engineer to own technical elements, lead the engineering team on site, and work with construction, design and commercial colleagues to deliver safely and to high standards.

You will oversee sections, supervise engineers, and drive right-first-time quality while coordinating with RAMS/ITP processes and temporary works integration.
