SENIOR PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST LONDON | PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM – £70,000

Do you enjoy negotiating great deals, building strong supplier relationships and finding ways to deliver better value?

We’re looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to join a collaborative team at a leading international law firm. This is an overall procurement rather than a specific category-based role.

You’ll focus on:

• Strategic Sourcing – leading tenders and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Relationships – working with teams and suppliers to drive performance and value.
• Contract management – managing the contract lifecycle, renewals and negotiations.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier or contract management within a professional office environment, e.g. law, accountancy, banking, insurance etc.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• CIPS Level 4 required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Procure-to-Pay systems.
• Professional services experience and familiarity with contract management systems are a big plus.
