Chief Building Safety & Compliance Officer

RE-Search London is seeking an experienced Head of Building Safety to lead safety compliance across a portfolio of high-rise residential buildings. The role entails ensuring adherence to the Building Safety Act 2022, and maintaining high standards of health, safety and fire safety across the portfolio.

You will act as the primary liaison with the Building Safety Regulator, oversee safety case development, regulatory registrations, and ensure timely M&E maintenance and risk assessments.
