Job Description:

Transform Together | Management Consultancy

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to build, lead and shape our internal recruitment capability as Transform Together continues to grow.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of recruitment within a fast-growing management consultancy, developing a more strategic, commercially effective approach to attracting and engaging exceptional permanent employees and specialist contractors.

With a team of approximately 40 permanent and contract professionals, we’re looking to bring more of our recruitment activity in-house, strengthen our directly engaged consultant network and build a scalable recruitment function that supports our growth ambitions.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage vacancies. You’ll have the autonomy to build something, influence business decisions and make a measurable commercial impact.

It’s a standalone position, supported by administrative resources, combining strategic responsibility with hands-on recruitment delivery.

About Transform Together

At Transform Together, we help organisations define, design and deliver meaningful business and technology transformation.

Our expertise spans operational excellence, business transformation, programme delivery, Data & AI.

We’re a growing management consultancy with a different approach to consulting. We believe great outcomes come from bringing together talented people who feel valued, enjoy what they do and are empowered to deliver.

Our growth reflects that philosophy, with triple-digit year-on-year growth.

We’re ambitious, collaborative and delivery-focused, but we also believe work should be rewarding and enjoyable.

That means a strong team culture, excellent benefits, all-inclusive weekends away to some of the world’s best cities and, most importantly, a business where people are genuinely respected.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building our recruitment capability

  • Develop and implement our internal recruitment strategy for permanent employees and specialist contractors.

  • Establish effective recruitment processes, systems, reporting and governance.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to anticipate resourcing requirements and align recruitment activity with our business development pipeline.

  • Develop meaningful recruitment KPIs covering cost per hire, direct sourcing, time to fill and contractor availability.

Developing our consultant and contractor network

  • Personally lead recruitment across our core consulting disciplines.

  • Build and nurture a strong network of directly engaged consultants and specialist contractors.

  • Establish talent communities that allow us to respond quickly to client opportunities.

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies that reduce our dependence on external agencies.

Our key areas of recruitment include:

  • Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement

  • Business Analysis and Business Transformation

  • Project, Programme and Portfolio Management

  • Operating Model Design and Change Management

  • Data Analysis, Data Engineering and Data Governance

  • Cloud Platforms, Data Migration and Systems Integration

  • AI, Automation and Technology Transformation

Driving commercial value

  • Reduce recruitment costs by increasing direct hiring and contractor engagement.

  • Negotiate competitive contractor rates while protecting quality and project profitability.

  • Work with commercial and delivery leaders to balance recruitment costs, availability and client requirements.

  • Measure and demonstrate the financial impact of the internal recruitment function.

Partnering with the business

  • Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand upcoming projects, client requirements and hiring priorities.

  • Translate business opportunities into practical resourcing plans.

  • Take personal ownership of critical and specialist recruitment assignments.

  • Ensure appropriate recruitment compliance, contractor engagement processes and onboarding arrangements, including IR35 and UK GDPR requirements.

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in speaking with commercially minded recruitment professionals who understand the consulting market and enjoy building relationships, developing talent networks and delivering results.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Significant recruitment experience, including exposure to management consultancy, professional services, technology or transformation.

  • Experience building, improving or taking ownership of a recruitment function, either in-house or within a specialist recruitment business.

  • An established network of consultants and contractors across business transformation, operational excellence, programme delivery or Data & AI.

  • A proven track record of recruiting both permanent employees and specialist contractors.

  • Strong direct sourcing capabilities and evidence of reducing reliance on recruitment agencies.

  • Commercial understanding of contractor rates, margins and project resourcing economics.

  • Experience introducing recruitment processes, systems and performance reporting.

  • Confidence working with senior business leaders and operating autonomously.

Experience within a growing consultancy, financial services or regulated industries would be particularly valuable, as would knowledge of workforce planning, contractor redeployment and UK off-payroll working rules.

Why Join Us?

This is a genuine opportunity to shape how a growing consultancy attracts and engages its people.

You’ll have the freedom to introduce new ideas, build meaningful relationships across the consulting community and develop a recruitment capability that makes a direct contribution to our continued success.

In return, we offer:

  • £55,000–£70,000 salary

  • The autonomy to build and own an internal recruitment function

  • Direct access to senior leadership and real influence over business decisions

  • A collaborative, ambitious and supportive working environment

  • A fantastic benefits package and unique team experiences, including all-inclusive international weekends away
