- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior stakeholders.
- Deliver management reporting, financial modelling and analysis.
- Oversee financial controls, governance and compliance.
- Support major projects, investments and business planning.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Able to balance strategic leadership with operational oversight.
Job Offer
- Permanent Finance Director/ Head Of Finance position in Oxford.
- Salary of £75,000 to £80,000 dependent on the level of experience.
