Senior Palliative Care CNS, Community & Home Visits

Southern Hospice Group in Hove is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our community team. You will deliver expert palliative care and expert advice to patients and families through visits and telephone support, covering Brighton & Hove and surrounding areas.

The role requires significant palliative care nursing experience, holistic assessment and advanced communication skills, plus a valid driving licence to support travel for business purposes.
