Dementia & Mental Health Home Treatment Nurse Specialist

North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Specialist Nurse to join the Older Person’s Home Treatment Team. The role provides expert assessment and direct care to service users aged 70+ or with dementia who experience a mental health crisis, as an alternative to inpatient admission.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, mentor and supervise colleagues, develop protocols for dementia care, train staff, and deputise for the Team Manager.
