Community Charge Nurse – Independent Practice & Home Care

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse for RUH at Home in Bath. This community-based role requires independent working across a wide geographical area while staying connected to the wider multidisciplinary team.

You will need excellent communication, compassion and adaptability as patient needs change, and enjoy variety, autonomous practice, and building meaningful relationships with patients to help avoid unnecessary hospital stays
