Sirona care & health CIC in Bristol is seeking a Nurse or Paramedic to join NHS@Home. The service delivers care for acutely unwell patients at home across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, using face-to-face visits, phone support and remote monitoring to support safe recovery.
You will provide clinical assessments, acute home-based care, and work with the MDT to implement and evaluate care plans, including venepuncture, ECG, wound care and other clinical tasks.
