Lead Social Worker – Hospice & Bereavement Services

St Catherine’s Hospice in Preston is seeking a Lead Social Worker to provide professional, clinical and operational leadership across social work, counselling, bereavement and remembrance services. You will carry a specialist caseload while guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centred end-of-life care.
