People & Culture Lead – Hotel Pre-Opening Dublin

Axiom Hospitality Limited is seeking an Assistant People & Culture Manager to help build two new hotels in Dublin. You will lead pre-opening recruitment, onboarding, induction and people processes across both properties, reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Cluster People & Culture Manager.

You will manage HR records, payroll inputs, training, and employee relations, shaping a positive, compliant people function aligned with Marriott standards.
