Early Help Social Worker: Proactive Family Support

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a Social Worker to join an Early Help Service in Yorkshire. You will work proactively with families at the earliest stage to prevent escalation to statutory services, offering timely, strengths-based support to build resilience and improve outcomes.

You should be 3 years post-qualified and registered, with experience in Early Help or a similar setting and a strong focus on collaboration with schools and partner agencies to identify needs early.
