Deputy Safeguarding Lead & Attendance Coordinator

The Victory Academy is seeking a Deputy Safeguarding Lead and Deputy Attendance Improvement Coordinator to join its pastoral and safeguarding team. This new role supports the Designated Safeguarding Lead with safeguarding duties and helps reduce absence levels to maximise student success.

The post requires working with children and families, maintaining discreet records, and liaising with multi‑agency partners to ensure timely, statutory actions. A collaborative, calm approach is essential.
