This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing temporary work, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Job Details

• Job Title: Production Operative
• Location: Chippenham, SN15
• Pay Rate: £13.06 per hour
• Shift: 4 on / 4 off, 06:00-18:00
• Weekend Work: Yes, weekends are included as part of the shift pattern
• Start Date: ASAP
• Job Type: Temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent

The Role

• Unloading deliveries from suppliers and accurately recording traceability information
• Checking and putting away deliveries in designated areas
• Loading lorries ready for dispatch
• Organising and maintaining the warehouse to ensure it is always audit-ready
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised
• Following all hygiene, health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to ensure daily operational targets are met
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties required by the business

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, food production or similar environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A calm and reliable approach, particularly when working under pressure
• A good understanding of workplace health and safety
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
