Senior Care Assistant – Flexible Bank Shifts & Leadership

Barchester Healthcare in Wallingford is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant to support our care home residents with person-centred care. You will supervise a small team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and assist the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans.

You should hold an NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and demonstrate warm, compassionate care.
