Room Leader – Early Years: Inspire & Lead Your Team

Fennies-Day-Nurseries is seeking an experienced Room Leader in Windsor to lead a classroom and deliver outstanding early years care and education. You’ll guide your team, model best practice and ensure high-quality provision in line with EYFS and Birth to 5 Matters.

You will manage day-to-day room operations, plan engaging learning experiences, build strong partnerships with families and monitor children’s progress while safeguarding and health and safety standards are upheld.
