Team Leader, Support Services – Care & Advocacy (Liverpool)

Brainkind is seeking a Team Leader for Support Services in Liverpool to lead a team of care staff and deliver quality social and vocational support at Redford Court. You will work to the individuals’ support plans, coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure regulatory standards are met.

The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 3 in HSC (or willingness to work towards), prior care experience, and strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
