EQ Care Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Team Leader) for Acer Lodge in Blackburn. You’ll work both days and nights (8am–8pm and 8pm–8am), on a 24-hour week, with a salary of £17,172 to £18,283 per year.

The role focuses on leading care staff, building relationships with residents, and maintaining a high standard of personalised care. As a Team Leader, you’ll support residents to thrive, attend team meetings, and represent our brand with a warm, professional approach.
