* BSc Adult Nursing with full NMC registration (RN Adult/RGN)* Experience working at Clinical Lead level/above* Confident decision-maker with strong engagement skills* Strong understanding of clinical governance and patient safety* Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note there is no visa sponsorship/support available for this role
