Senior Children’s Residential Care Lead — Mentorship & Growth

Resilience Care in Poulton le Fylde is seeking a Senior Children’s Residential Care Worker to join a 2 on 2 off rota, averaging 54 hours per week. You will lead shifts, mentor staff and ensure outstanding care aligned to each child’s care plan, while upholding Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements.

The role requires a Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential), with progression toward Level 5, and a full UK driving licence.
