Job Description:
Meadow View Neurological Centre in Basingstoke is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention for adults with complex neurological conditions. You will support communication, cognition and swallowing within a multidisciplinary team.
You will develop personalised treatment plans, monitor progress and contribute to discharge planning. Training for families and carers is also provided to support ongoing rehabilitation.
