Compassionate Community Health Support Worker

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust in Hillingdon is recruiting a Health Care Support Worker to join our district nursing teams. You will assist registered nurses in home settings, perform wound and leg ulcer care, catheterisations, and basic life support while building strong patient relationships.

We expect candidates to have care experience or NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent, and to be comfortable working independently under supervision.
