Field Care Supervisor: Community Health & On-Call

Radis Community Care is seeking a Field Supervisor for our Nottingham branch to operate in the field, completing reviews, carer assessments, risk assessments and support plans while ensuring clients stay in their own homes.

You will be a driver with your own vehicle, participate in on‑call duties (1 in 4 weeks) and weekend rosters. Supervisory hours are paid at an enhanced rate with paid travel time and mileage.
