Job Role: Site Engineer

Industry: Data Centre

Contract: 6 Months

I am looking for a Site Engineer to join a large scale data centre project in the north-east of the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring works are set out accurately, safely and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting out foundations, groundworks, RC structures and external works
• Establishing grid lines, benchmarks and control points
• Using Total Station and GPS/GNSS equipment
• Checking line, level and tolerances
• Producing as-built surveys and QA records
• Working closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and design teams
• Coordinating engineering works across site
• Drainage, chamber installations and underground experience

Requirements

• UK right to work
• Previous Setting-Out or Site Engineering experience
• Strong surveying and setting-out skills
• Groundworks, foundations and RC experience
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Experience with Total Station and Leica
• Mission critical experience preferred
