Night Hygiene Lead: Quality & Food Safety Champion

Pilgrim’s Europe at the Linton site in Cambridge is seeking a Hygiene Supervisor for the night shift. You will work with the Hygiene Manager to supervise a team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and strict adherence to health and safety processes.

You will maintain audit-ready records, support hygiene visits and audits, and drive a culture of quality and food safety across the site. The role requires strong leadership and communication within a food manufacturing environment.
