Field Service Engineer – Coffee Equipment & Customer Impact

Costa Coffee is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the Doncaster area. You’ll diagnose faults on Costa Express equipment, repair or replace components, and ensure machines keep customers caffeinated and happy.

Applicants should have electrical or mechanical engineering experience, a calm, customer‑focused approach, and be comfortable working with service equipment. The role includes a 37.5 hour week, weekend rotation, training through City & Guilds programmes, and a benefits package
