Islay Property Repairs & Maintenance Officer

Argyll Community Housing Association Ltd. is seeking a Property Services Officer on the Isle of Islay. The role is based on Islay with 35 hours per week, permanent contract, and a salary range of £35,899–£41,942.

The successful candidate will deliver repairs and maintenance for properties owned or managed by the Association, travelling between locations on the island. A minimum of five years’ experience in construction or social housing and a driving licence are essential requirements.
