Fraud & Insurance Litigation File Handler

Keoghs in Bolton seeks an experienced File Handler to oversee a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA fraud claims. You will work under Delegated Authority for insurance clients, coordinating with Lead Lawyers to drive cases from litigation through to resolution.

You will apply forensic analysis to evidence, ensure compliance with CPR/personal injury protocols, and maintain billing accuracy within fixed-fee expectations.
