Sales Office Coordinator – Quotations & Orders

Polkadotfrog is seeking a proactive Sales Office Co-ordinator for our Ipswich HQ. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, and focuses on supporting the sales office, handling quotations, orders and deliveries with accuracy.

You will build strong customer and supplier relationships, coordinate pricing and stock, and ensure KPIs and deadlines are met. The ideal candidate has admin or sales support experience, superb attention to detail and the ability to work both independently
