Salary: GBP26800 – GBP26800 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join a busy, customer-focused team.In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling inbound and outbound calls, negotiating affordable payment arrangements, resolving account queries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customers to find positive outcomes while delivering excellent customer service.What’s on offer?

- Hybrid working available (up to 2 days from home once fully trained and meeting performance expectations)
- Monday to Friday
- Previous call centre experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to confidently manage sensitive customer conversations
