Head of Property, Care Home Portfolio (Scotland)

Parklands Group is seeking an experienced Head of Property to lead the management, refurbishment and strategic development of its care home portfolio across the north of Scotland. The role will oversee 13 care homes in the Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire, driving capital programmes and ensuring safety and compliance.

You will lead the Property Team, work with operational colleagues, manage external contractors and shape a long-term property strategy that enhances resident and staff experience
