Dalata Hotel Group seeks a Cluster Director of Sales (Maternity Cover) for Clayton Hotel Birmingham with additional duties across Clayton Hotel Bristol and Clayton Hotel Cardiff. You will lead a high‑performing sales team and drive revenue through strategic account management and proactive lead generation.

Reporting to the General Managers with a dotted line to Group Sales UK, you will shape rate strategy, forecast owned segments, coach the team and represent the hotels at client events.
