Contracts Manager – Demolition Lead Safe, On-Time Delivery

Smiths (Gloucester) Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the Demolition Division across multiple sites in the South West and South Wales. You will own projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget control while mentoring site teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Essential: SMSTS, SSSTS and a full UK driving licence, plus demonstrable demolition/construction project experience.
