We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join a growing UX team and help shape engaging, intuitive mobile experiences for a well-known UK retail brand.

You’ll play a key role in improving the customer journey across iOS and Android apps, turning customer insights into simple, accessible and visually engaging designs. Working closely with product managers, researchers and engineers, you’ll take ideas from early concepts through to final delivery, making a real impact on how customers interact with the app.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing intuitive mobile experiences across native iOS and Android platforms.
• Creating user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-quality interface designs.
• Using customer research, usability testing and feedback to improve the overall experience.
• Collaborating with product, engineering and UX teams to bring designs to life.
• Contributing to design systems and ensuring consistency, accessibility and usability.
• Presenting your ideas, sharing design decisions and working with stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes.

What we’re looking for

• 6+ years’ experience in UX or Product Design, ideally with a strong mobile app focus.
• A portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process and the impact of your work.
• Experience designing native or adaptive mobile experiences for iOS and Android.
• Strong Figma skills and experience working with design systems.
• A good understanding of user research, usability testing and accessible design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
