  • Review, measure, value, and process high volumes of work accurately and efficiently.
  • Support package procurement, tender analysis, subcontract documentation, and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain clear cost reports, forecasts, cash-flow information, and risk registers.
  • Work with project, design, procurement, and delivery teams to resolve commercial issues early.

  • Build productive, professional relationships with subcontractors while protecting TSL’s commercial position.
  • Contribute to TSL’s systematic, technically focused approach to safe, high-quality delivery.

  • Confidence processing large volumes of work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Experience using COINS is highly beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts is helpful.
  • Data centre, industrial, food, or pharmaceutical project experience is highly advantageous.
  • The adaptability to respond to changing project demands while maintaining control of priorities and detail.

How you’ll work

This role suits someone who brings persistence under pressure, enjoys the momentum of a fast-moving project environment, and actively looks for opportunities to take ownership. You will need the drive to progress issues, the discipline to maintain accurate commercial records, and the flexibility to work across evolving packages and stakeholders.
