Speak Up Guardian: Champion Patient Safety & Staff Wellbeing

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) is recruiting a Freedom to Speak up Guardian to champion patient safety and the quality of care across the Trust.

You will lead with compassionate leadership, support colleagues to raise concerns, and work with Guardians and Executives to drive learning and improvement across NUH. The role requires sensitivity to complex organisational challenges and a commitment to staff wellbeing.
