Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT) Lead Nurse – Sandwell
Key Responsibilities As the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT) Nurse, you will provide expert safeguarding leadership and specialist health advice within the Families First Programme. You will work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to support complex child protection cases, contribute to high-quality risk assessments, and ensure children and families receive coordinated, person-centred care. You will play a key role in developing safeguarding practice, influencing policy, delivering training and supervision, leading quality improvement initiatives, and using data, audits and learning reviews to enhance outcomes for children. Working across organisational boundaries, you will build strong partnerships, promote innovation, and provide professional leadership to support the continuous development of safeguarding services.
