Field-Based Luxury Beauty Regional Manager – London & South

Hermès is seeking a field-based Retail Operations leader to drive targets across luxury beauty stores in the Greater London region. You will set staffing, stock and productivity targets, implement launches, and optimise merchandising to uphold the brand’s highest standards.

You will recruit and develop a strong regional team, review performance, and collaborate with agencies and the Head of Retail on training and brand events. Regular travel to London Head Office is required.
