Potters Bar Academy in Potters Bar seeks an ambitious Head of Science to lead the department, drive high standards and shape the science curriculum.

You will work with senior leaders to develop teaching practice, support staff and monitor student progress, ensuring strong outcomes and a knowledge-rich approach across Key Stage 3–5. This is a full-time, permanent post with immediate start.
