Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Health Visitor to join our team in the Central locality of Stoke-on-Trent. This 0.8 WTE post is within the 0-19 Integrated Health Visiting and School Nursing service, based at Shelton Primary Care Centre.
You will work with the Team Leaders and Professional Lead to deliver the Healthy Child Programme and support services across diverse settings, contributing to equality and inclusion while reducing hospital admissions where possible.
